Ephraim Meets Asher

Ephraim had been very excited to meet baby Asher, but because Asher was in the NICU, he didn't get to meet him right away.  When he found out his name was Asher, he had a hard time coming to terms with the fact that his name wasn't cuckoo or zizzer zazzer zuzz. 

When Saturday came and Asher was ready to go home, Ephraim came to the hospital with Grandma to finally meet baby Asher. He was so sweet.  The very first thing he did when he saw him was sing him the "abc song" ( his favorite song ) in the softest sweetest little voice.

He always was very soft when he touched him and loved to tickle him. He was sad at first that Asher couldn't talk or laugh or "play on his legs" but he quickly came to terms with it and was very excited any time Asher would make "baby sounds" or look at him.  He wanted to know where he was when he woke up in the morning. 

He is a sweet big brother.
